Severance

Last night I had a dream about these three pieces. They stood by the window sill of my old studio, almost protecting the space that I occupied. Due to unfortunate circumstances, I moved away from this studio and also ended a friendship. Life is like that, we make decisions that hurt and grow from it. We need to nurture friendships that carry our spirit and not those that deaden it.

These pieces want to be created again. Tomorrow I will do just that.
